My chronic illness/pain is effecting me but im just over here mad that I cant just be normal.

We also spent some time sort of spring cleaning our apt, & my work room needed cleaned up-

I finally started walking my dogs after not walking them for like 2 years (because depression) & im on day 2 of just walking & i am exhausted.
Trying to walk for them but to also try to help my mental & physical health. & my partner tells me I need to take it easy & give myself some grace because-
