As of 2:45 p.m., the ingredients for severe wx are well to our west - across SW PA into South Central PA. Both of these are absent east of Lancaster and York co.s for now. We'll be watching to see if an inversion/CAP in place breaks further E, and if shear & instability with time extends further E.
