Various magazine captions are around her, translated as: "Only women know sweet", "A princess's diet!! `Can't have natto on Saturdays`?!" and "Spring sale, don't let go!" Panel 2: The photo is from a magazine held by Hitomi, an OC. The girl from the photo, an OC named Yacchan, approaches asking, "hey ears, picked lunch yet?" Panel 3: Yacchan notices the magazine and asks, "woah, like, ain't that the new campaign?" Hitomi is looking at Yacchan's breasts. Panel 4: Yacchan has left with the magazine, now showing it to their bandmates as they exchange girly talk. "guys look, ain't it cute?" asks Yacchan. Her friends respond with, "woah! so cute!" and "i ain't wrong, our yacchan!", though you suspect this has been mistranslated. Yacchan finally says, "stop it~ hey hey, it was actually difficult!" Meanwhile, Hitomi continues to stand in the foreground, arms frozen as if she were still holding the magazine, as she thinks, "I'm gonna make you gona cow tits bitch!"

don't you hate when the only available translation is really low quality with awkward phrasing and several obvious mistakes
