A follow-up statement from the SAPF team (SAPF 2 is not cancelled)

We need to inform you of an ongoing situation regarding our venue for SAPF 2. Last Friday, the 20th, during a routine inspection high levels of PCBs (polychlorinated biphenyls) were identified in certain locations of the venue. PCBs are a group of chemical compounds that are tightly regulated in Germany due to their poisonous nature. Following this discovery the venue has been closed for at least two weeks to conduct additional examinations. Due to the uncertainty regarding the availability of our current venue and to ensure the safety of all attendees, we have immediately begun working with the City of Hanover to find a suitable and safe alternative location. We are making hopeful progress in our search and remain optimistic about being able to resolve the situation in time. We will be updating you soon, the latest by the end of this week, Sunday the 29th, with new information and our plans going forward. We remain fully dedicated to ensure SAPF 2 can continue as planned and provide you a safe and enjoyable SAPF 2 experience. Thank you Your SAPF 2 Organizers

Like 15xp per win in random matchmaking was already laughably little, but taking away even that is so horrible it's kinda funny

I haven't complained about TCGP in a while, so let me say that the level cap of 50 feels like a horribly misguided way of squeezing money out of people by slowing down progression, which does nothing but disincentivize people from actually playing the game

There's a prize pot

The way that I do these PRs is I simply have all panelists submit their own top 10 and assign players points based on their placements on those individual rankings. This was the first time we actually had a tie, which was decided in the favor of the player with higher attendance (=better data).

Despite all panelists unanimously ranking him at 6th, Naiwo managed to get ranked 5th due to there being very little consensus on how to rank Flowe, Hrsnhunter and Adamsmasher.
