Charlize Theron on the Night Her Mother Killed Her Father in Self-Defense
Unfortunately, this is not an isolated story. These things are prevalent in a lot of homes. Women really get a very, very unfair shake, even in this country.
Nobody takes it seriously.

A lot has been written about Dr. Paul Ehrlich, who recently passed away. Much of it is misleading, out-of-date, or simply wrong about his brilliant science, the evolution of his thinking, and his deep care for people & the planet. Here's a personal take on his legacy.

I have had all the goofy little songs that Afroman made about the crybully cops that broke his door stuck in my head all day. Decent chance that "Randy Walters Is A Son Of A Bitch" is the song of the summer for me. defector.com/lets-catch-u...

The entire administration needs to be keel-hauled.

Unbelievable. It must have been stunning to experience that verbal avalanche.
Good one
Abominable
US jobs numbers have now been revised down in each of the last 13 months, by a total of -710,000 jobs. This means employment was initially overstated by an average of ~55,000 jobs/mo. US job numbers were revised down by another -4,000 jobs in Jan and -65,000 in Dec.
Not really breaking any news here.
