If you tell a pain patient with an incurable chronic condition that they don't need access to pain control, you should remind yourself of your shitty viewpoint when you have to go for surgery and they send you home with tylenol. They do that now.

Thank you for talking about this. I've been trying to raise awareness about this for a while now and one of the worst things that was said to me was "We can't save everyone". Still not sure how to recover from that one.
People who don’t include disability liberation in their understanding of social justice will never make sense to me.
Like what do you MEAN you oppose sexism, racism, and classism, but the minute the lived reality of that oppression starts showing up physically, all your energy just evaporates?
