I will feed my children, but even then, it has to be meals that don’t require much thought (or I have to plan at least the week before)
Even when I was pregnant, I couldn’t prioritize peeing or eating. 😫
My new VA has a breakfast & lunch block on my calendar (even for weekends) & will ping me every day & say, “Go eat. Who is around to fix you some food right now?”
People look at me like I have 2 heads when I say feeding myself & using the restroom are two of my lowest priorities.
I’m going on 30 days of being inactive on X.
