alright, extra lore here, basically, some young truck driver dude goes to a Wcdonalds drive thru and gets some coffee, then does their drive, after a while they drink the coffee, fogs up the glasses, and freaking fell down a mountain or something because they cant see the road, which is what Isekaid them so then they reincarnated as this cute girl, dude got horny, and does horny things to this girl, like your average horny isekai mixed with pay to win girlfriends or something, then they met her family, and they are super nice!! which made them realize that they just completely violated this girl's body and regrets it so to make up for it they decide to help the family and community, and it even takes care of herself/her room/etc better, which surprises them because turns out the original girl was kinda not nice and rude and lazy, and they wonder whats about this complete 180 in personality uh,,, oh yeah they eventually defeat the demon king thats giving everyone myopia or whatever

ok so basically i had this idea of a crappy isekai world where everyone wears glasses due to some unknown disease but yeah i kinda cant quite get it out of my head so heres a sketch of the basic bland reincarnated mc design whatever
