A lot of different things that have felt like it did in active addiction the past week or two. Ulcers, lack of sleep, finding myself alone in the house. Annual Leave is not for me I’ve found. I’m no bootlicker but think for my own mental health I’ll stay in work and take my holidays in days off.

Great meeting tonight at my home group. Loved every second. Love every second of this new life.
