Not just data centres, or large corporations.
You're really talking about net zero.
Every building should have solar panels, every town has a few wind turbines, etc.
There essentially should be no national grid, just everyone produces their own electricity.

Cable ties are evil though. The number of times I've cut myself on them. Velcro is the way.
Even just from an electrical safety standpoint, batteries in all devices should be removable, replaceable and recyclable

In Nier Automata, the cycle doesn't break.
In the Matrix, it breaks only when Neo chooses to save Trinity.
The basic point of the show is the same cyclic annihilation that happens in Nier Automata, and The Matrix to some extent. And there is still just a mysterious God and angels interfering to nudge the cycle to break, like Aziraphale and Crowley in Good Omens.
Finished Battlestar Galactica. So to summarise Battlestar Galactica ending in a nutshell:

URLs are easy to break, i.e. allowing unicode characters in URLs means you end up with fake websites with letters that look the same or are easily disguised. Nobody actually types URLs anymore, especially on a phone, they Google what they're after and then click a link. Or open a bookmark or an app.
We need a new framework that discards JavaScript.
No more modal dialogs, instead, read preferences from the browser.
No more forward and back, each website is a state machine with tabs and breadcrumbs.
The web could be so much better.

Android will remain an open operating system. Scammers cost $442bn a year, so a new policy of requiring a restart and 24h before you're allowed to sideload apps from the store is an idea I can get behind.

Whereas The Martian focused on practical science, PHM is so well balanced and shines at everything rather than hammering anything home. Instead it's just a really enjoyable film.
Masterpiece and deserves a place in my top movies.
Genuinely laugh out loud due to multiple comical pairings and camaraderie. Ryan Gosling gives a great rounded everyman performance a la Moon, but way more optimistic.
From the highly successful creative duo Lord & Miller (Spider-Verse, Lego Movie, CloudyWACOM, Jump Street, Solo)
and the writer behind The Martian,
Project Hail Mary is a brilliant and funny sci-fi film.
Think: Arrival, Moon, Star Trek's TNG Darmok episode.

You're wanted, don't doubt that
Now tell me you're proud of being British. I dare you to go drink the water. The UK has the most privatised water anywhere in the world. It needs to be nationalised and put the billions in profits back into fixing our treatment works.

Blood of 11 innocent people and countless wildlife is on the hands of these companies, and Tory ministers for removing regulations. Law says there should be a 5 year prison sentence for every release of raw sewage, of which there have been thousands.
The money you've been paying for your water is going directly into the pockets of billionaires rather than what it should actually be paying for.
The Environment Agency basically does nothing since 2008.
Macquire who own Thames Water made ยฃ12bn in profit, rather than actually properly repairing any treatment works. Since privatisation, ยฃ145bn in profit earned by the water companies.
Dirty Business (Channel 4) is another visceral, sobering, mind-blowing mass miscarriage of justice into 100% raw untreated sewage dumped from the inlet directly to our waters by Thames Water, Southern Water, and South West Water. Permanently ruining our rivers.
Very happy with the ability to remove At a Glance from the Pixel home screen - looking forward to that in Android 17
Just wish you could remove the search box as well, I never use it

Yes, they've fixed the spelling and the missing bolts and ring around the logo in the most recent Lego Star Trek Enterprise 10356 sticker sheet.
