This is going to be a massive upskilling weekend for the folks in Montana - 6 leagues represented, incl Team Montana, which I see as the prototype for CDG and other aggregate teams.

I grew up rural (though it's not rural anymore) and having lived in/near cities the last 15 years, I see the stark difference in resources - which extends to derby.

1. Rocky lost twice to Montana last year and I've never been more pleased to lose to such nice roller derbiers.

2. I GET TO STAY AT A HORSE RANCH.

3. I'm running a mini-clinic on How To Announce Good for new announcers (and some more exp folk) and I am truly so excited for this.

And of course, the lovely Hammer is cat wrangling from Montana! When she messaged me last year(!) to ask if I could help Montana out, I was in!

Atomic Annie is GTO'ing - look for her at NA West in a couple of weeks. Wishbone and Scotch also head officials; you already saw them at LatAm and will see them again.

I am THA'ing a learnament this weekend in Kalispell, MONTANA. It's all home team, regulation games, butbthey are running it like it is a fully sanctioned deal.

AoA is good, but Baja is *fast* - Does Baja beat AoA??? I am a huge Sista Amaws fan since RDWC, so I say Vamos Baja! This is the 6 seed vs 11 seed and we usually only see upsets like that in Europe. Idk if we will get that, but a talker can dream and I'm still excited for this one. 🎤
