By now I have the suspicioun that nearly all classical painting accounts on tumblr but also instagram are Ai run or at least completely contaminated with it.

One extremely popular stick is generateing fake classical paintings of real exsisting painters to sell prints on etsy and there like.
The painter exsists, the art style checks out, due to the art style it does not have the typical ai tells. People do not suspect classical paintings to be ai.

What annoys me the most is that even if then ai slop bubble bursts and the fad is over, everything it generated will be still circulateing the web.
It will still turn up in google image searches, still be reposted everywhere, still pop up on social media.
Stuff is like radioactive waste.
