So much chaos, just to protect monsters in the Epstein files.
We've had fuckups in the White House before, but never a president who seemed so deliberately intent on being a fuckup.
It's been said before, but if these people were actual agents of an enemy power seeking to divide, dismantle and destroy the USA they wouldn't be doing anything different.
Today, I'm signing legislation to safeguard our elections and the voice of every voter.
It's now illegal to use contests or payments to get people to register to vote.
And in the 2026 election, voters have the chance to repeal our state's ban on the public financing of elections.
I never thought I’d say this, but I agree with MTG 100%.
And for the record, I’m not paid for any of my opinions. Never have been, never will be.

Last Week: "We control everything."
Today: "The shutdown was out of our control."
Tim Walz: "My god, we've got the White House threatening investigations and jail time because an escalator stopped? Walk up the damn stairs!"
Oh, that’s a good one.
They wanted to run America like a business.
They chose a CEO with a history of financial fraud who had bankrupted many of his businesses.
Ergo, we have Trump shutdown #3.
The government shut down last night and House Republicans were on vacation.
Lawrence O’Donnell: “Imagine crossing ten time zones to hear that.”
Let’s be clear: Donald Trump and Congressional Republicans forced a government shutdown tonight.
Rather than address the health care crisis that they created just earlier this year, they refuse to come to the table and do their jobs.
What happened to the art of the deal?
The president just gathered the highest ranking officers in the military to tell them that he may order them to kill American citizens -- and that they better follow his orders. All in response to a series of crises that have no basis in reality.
I don't know how to yell any louder.
The president said, in a televised speech, that he's sending his new, less restrained, more violent military into US cities to practice their brutality on immigrants and minorities, to better train them to apply that brutality to other countries.
He said this out loud.

Oscar-winning actor and progressive activist Jane Fonda has relaunched the Committee for the First Amendment, a free speech initiative originally spearheaded by her father, Hollywood icon Henry Fonda, in response to the rise of “McCarthyism” during the 1940s.
Today marks the first day in public media’s history without federal funding. And we’re not going anywhere.
