I always applaud good journalism, and Susanna Reid never gives people an easy ride. But in this instance, I don’t feel the scenario proposed is as ludicrous as is being made out. Most of us struggle to be on top of everything in our own lives, let alone doing the same for the biggest job in the UK.

That Shankly quote about football being more important than life and death hides a deeply ingrained, unhealthy energy that exists in a lot of football fans. Depends on your mileage. If people feel too raw to discuss, that’s cool. I enjoy talking things through, it’s part of my process. And honestly, win or lose anything this season, I think the consensus is the way we’ve played this season is unsustainable & or haven’t enjoyed the season.

I know we’ve had injuries, but so have they. Difference is, 115 then went and splashed in Jan on Semenyo and Guehi. The fact Arteta may have overplayed players and the fact 115 continue to get away with it are all part of the story.

Agree and disagree. The Epstein stuff should have been enough. But I’m starting to come round to thinking that sadly, it’s a dog-eat-dog world & I can’t honestly say I know that having your own corrupt politicians as ambassadors is a bad thing. Sadly.
