When you look back at old connections, you start to realize what you did is not helping you or others.

Awareness of your actions is the first step, then taking the time to work on bad habits and thoughts

It's just not worth being angry or upset. It messes up your mindset and how you truly feel or express what went on.

It's why I am practicing to just be less agitated or angry. It did damage on prior relationships and such.

Being calmer and composed helps a lot.
