I’ve written 16 short stories this year and I honestly think how the hell have I done that? That’s the best kind of writing, that comes out of the blue. I’ve got three more on the cards - a Norse sanctuary, a short story as a YouTube video and a Metamorphosis skit and then I’m done I think.

And a story rejection. As I only ever send them out once that’s a story that will never be read. Pity. I liked that one.
April 11, 2026 This book is a case of mistaken identity. I don't remember doing any of the things described in this book, but the author is adamant that 'you/l' am a bum-fixated dishwashing dreamer with IQ of a cornflake. Surprisingly erudite, we glean what 'you/l' have been up to and it is a bumper-issue of mayhem, humiliation, defilement and hilarity. There is a pathos and sadness but these emotions are fleeting - I love the sound of laughter but I am unaccustomed to hearing my own when reading books. I heard it all the time reading this extremely potty, gross, well-written paeon to one of God's Own Fools. Oedipus Rex - a Jurassic Park sequel? Monster Munch Mary? Gay Cannibals? Bum Morse Code? This book's got everything you never knew you needed. Cheeky as **** , this is Viz meets Citizen Kane. Recommended.

Star Trek IV The Voyage Home which is basically the same template is a far far superior film.
Finally watched Barbie. Ryan Gosling was good. It’s ok. It’s not subtle. I didn’t care about anyone. I laughed once - ‘Proust Barbie never took off’ - but good luck to them all the way to the bank.
