I think that arrogance and ignorance are required qualifications for Trump to consider anyone he picks. He also knows he can use their ignorance to his advantage, and when the person is no longer useful, it will be an asset when he fires them. That seems to be one of Trump's favorite things.

This is how corrupt the USA has become under Trump.
All indicators point to the fact that gun deaths are on the rise, while effective gun control laws are on the decline. Maybe the fact that mostly men are running the show needs to change. Maybe women have the demeanor to run the show from this point on? It's worth considering.
