The only medication that I've found to work so far is my antidepressant but that doesn't cover my debilitating adhd, the chronic pain, or the chronic fatigue, and what adhd meds I DID try made me feel like my brain was liquid lava oozing out my ears. This is really fucking annoying to deal with lol
Trying to create a routine and keep organized while coping with a large part of your previous routine stopping abruptly and also being super mentally ill is so fuckin difficult. I need to utilize potybirb, create a daily trello-check-time to keep updated, while also coping with chronic illness too 🙃
