BlueSky is filling a void that 35+ up been looking for. Social media should be a cool distraction. Not stressful and annoying. Folks wanna laugh and have healthy banter and wit and sarcasm. A feeling of community. Not all these bots and ads and weird ass algorithms and engagement farming

After 8 hrs of moving …an entire walk up 3 floor apt, while also waiting on paperwork to come through. I am beat. Like even my hair hurts. I’m taking a shower, dropping the ac down to 75 and playing veilguard for the rest of the night. Streams will return tomorrow

I find it also that on isle seat you can wiggle more leg room.

Bluesky will attract bad actors, it's not immune. The good news is you don't have to block them one by one, Bluesky has moderation lists managed by others (or even you) to help you mass block accounts as they turn up. All you need to do is visit the list, hit subscribe, then choose block or mute.

Just a couple of other self-care features for newskies while I'm out here posting about different Bluesky features. If someone is nasty in your replies or you just don't care for it. Hit the dots and remove it. If someone dunks on you in a quote, detach yourself from their quote. Don't be bullied.

Do both. See which has more traction.. and then you kinda know where your community trends to.
