Just built Vue's SFC playground (~17mb JS output before gzip) using the latest continuous release of rolldown-powered-vite.

It's a drop-in replacement. Dev and prod work exactly the same, and the prod build went from 8.51s to 2.95s (~3x speedup) with zero code changes.

i’d kinda like my notifications to be grouped by convo. not sure what that could look like but twitter hasn’t really innovated on that flat list of stuff. wish i could catch up on how specific threads are doing

Side by side Vite 6 announcements posts in X and Bluesky after 24 hs In X: 640 reposts and 2.9K likes. In Bluesky: 316 reposts and 991 likes.

We have 6% of the followers here compared to the 100k in X. The vite 6.0 announcement in bluesky already got half the reposts and a third of the likes. And most of the comments and quotes from OSS maintainers happened here. I don't know about other communities, but OSS web dev is a bluesky game now.

Just a warning for anyone playing around with this we are BEFORE 1.0

We still need to tighten up the preview experience but there's still a lot of have fun with
