The phone has a 1 year warranty, I don't want to start an unneeded back and forth over what is currently a minor issue that has only happened once, but I'd really like not to get committed to a phone and THEN have it completely bork itself. The fact its happened on the first day of use concerns me

Looking for some advice -

I bought a Pixel 8 phone secondhand and within the first day I had a brief screen issue, and searching online links this to a fairly common hardware issue the p8 has.

I can't get it to repeat itself, should I still try and return it, or wait til I have evidence first?
