I only ever watched a handful of episodes, but I did see this one. That phrase has always stuck with me!

I used to work help desk at a factory almost 20 years ago and they still had machines on Windows 3.1 and even some on OS/2. It was wildly inconsistent. Meanwhile, everyone in the front office is being upgraded to 7.
