I’ve also seen this in chess; if you watch Ben Finegold lectures, at some point he points out that grandmasters love restricting their opponents’ possibilities and disallowing counterplay.

yeah i was kind of losing my mind bc yeah haha im glad we can mock bsky for its ai nonsense but also network issues being caused by vibe coding is just kind of unlikely lol.
it's a very lazy pattern of thinking but not much to gain from criticizing that on this site :/
I really like Steven Yeun's acting
I used to pronounce “arse” with the rhotic r, but at some point, I realized that if a british person says it, it sounds exactly like how they’d pronounce it if it were spelled “ass”.
season 4's out??
I see, in that case, I think i'm moving closer to that too. Because in the past, I just stuck one weapon because i felt that it wouldn't make a difference and I was still in the learning process, but now I can use different things and actually see what they're getting me.
Re: Nine’s quote, there are some people who can both play multiple distinct weapons and improve at the same time, but I don’t personally believe in it. If you’re playing merely decently on a weapon, switching your weapon isn’t gonna make you smarter. Solving problems with only one set of tools will.
I see, I just thought that because you don’t ramble a lot and it doesn’t sound like a twitch stream, which is impressive, because I think I’d ramble a lot if I tried to make a casual video
Unrelated, but your speaking cadence is different in these recent vids. Are these scripted now?
it's weird that it's only jp vids, is this on mobile? Youtube always works fine on desktop for me but in their app they don't really explicitly let you know it's buffering, it just stutters.
Plus, this attribute is often present on weapons that aren’t clearly designed first around painting, so the effect while playing is a feeling of “well, the devs just chose these few random weapons to have huge fucking splatters so I guess these paint the best for free now”.
It’s good you mentioned bow too; I kind of dislike how you can pick up a weapon and tell it has “Splatoon 3 attributes”. As in, if this were introduced in Splatoon 1, the bullets would not have such a huge and clean-painting radius that makes painting feel less thoughtful than it should be.

Now that I think about it, the original concept for captain disillusion, trying to see if something is edited, is probably entirely replaced nowadays by faking through ai slop. Would be a funny episode topic if it weren’t so grim
Let's do this.

Placing a layer of algorithmic recommendation on speech does not make speech less free, but it does pervert it.
Algorithmic mediation turns speech into a resource extracted from human behavior.
Platforms do not value speech because it is protected, they value the service it provides them.
