I would like to cut bangs and layer but I don’t want my dad to bicker or make me feel uncomfortable

Of course <3 I constantly want to change my hair but I never have the guts. I had it basically a little above my chin and layers to my cheekbones for a year or two and it was white blond. Now it’s back to its natural dark brown and it probably 10 inches past my shoulders

What do you all think I look like?
