Beautiful shot! Last time my partner and I took that route we were treated to a postcard-perfect scene of bald eagles and Mt Rainier crossing the border back into the states.

There was a saying back when I worked in the wine industry that it took a lot of cheap beer to make a good wine (and burritos, so many delicious burritos).

Definitely had a few plants think it’s spring here, too. Some of the summer flowers are still going and a couple strawberries made an attempt the other week.

No snow here (except up in the mountains), but plenty of rain. Pulled some parsnips and potatoes for solstice. Otherwise, it’s all cover crops, broccoli, and garlic shoots… plus a bunch of leaves I still need to rake.
