I started this journey in 2020 at 301 lbs.
I set my goal at 190 (roughly what I weighed when I graduated high school in 1986), and today I hit it.
Down to a 32 waist (from a 44) and XL shirts (from 4XL).
Energy is up, sleep is better, I’m glad I stuck it out.

I find inking over other artists’ pencils help me improve my art.
