The @duckdb.org Foundation should work to keep closed source and cloud marketing out of DuckDB opensource

Having a commercial extension, e.g. "mdui" would totally be fine IMO.

But adding a specific -ui flag to the OSS product, pointing to a commercial (non-OSS) product via the OSS ui.duckdb.org domain is where some people seem to draw a line...
