I bought home workout equipment and we are eliminating excuses! Now we find ways to stay motivated and work toward results. I’m open to any and all tips :)

Looking for travel recommendations for this year: somewhere warm, has beaches, is queer friendly and Isn’t Australia (only because we’ve been already 😀). Anyone got good options?

Building my own physical therapy gym in my office. I think I’m just missing purple now!

Fitness journeys are hard. Every time I think I’m not progressing quickly enough I have to do some real talk. The bones in my legs literally died and they were surgically replaced with metal and ceramic just a few months ago. My progress is incredible :)

Can’t move.

Finally starting on a Christmas tree. In my head I hear Xmas music starting October 1st so I’m very behind.
