Due to yrs of gluten sensitivity, I developed digestive issues. I saw an MD who's also a metabolic health specialist. He told me to pair each bite of food with a ferment. Chew them up together. Each bite of food now has GOOD BUGS (probiotics) that cancel the gut bacteria. Wow! Digestion 💯!
