Small victories, but in recent weeks I've managed to make myself participate in society a little at least a few days a week. Better than sitting home all day every day but still exhausting.

Going to make a more concerted effort to be active here. Finally breaking a lot of my routines lately and shaking things up to have a healthier mental state.
I am committing this month to expanding my stream schedule (and content). One day a week isn't enough. Motivation is hard, but I am going to get this done. This week stays the same, but next week there will be a minimum of Mon/Wed/Fri. If anyone wants to make plans, let me know!
