I love that some blue states are providing vaccines. Serious question - will there come a time when these states will ask visitors to show vaccine proof before entering their states?

Is there a group of democrats or other individuals working on a detailed plan right now when we get back in power. Think Project 2025 detail style that not only rips away the cruelty but protects our country from this happening in the future. We need that now.
