This is a backdoor. Elon's coders are creating a backdoor into the US Treasury. This is incredibly dangerous both because of its intended use (by Elon and Trump) and the risk of other actors exploiting a major security vulnerability to cause a massive disruption to the US government.

I was never a fan of Lawyer Brain, but my disdain for it grew as the US increasingly shifted from operating under rule of law to operating under raw power—with the Supreme Court's blessing!—and so many prominent attorneys just pretended it hadn't, smugly chastising those who acknowledged reality.
