@radial.racing I have an update for the Amstel Gold Race broadcast links:
I should scrape this 😆

Few races per day and list is only for 7 days. Not hard to scan IMO. And feature creep is a concern. But I like the thinking.
Just added your full calendar idea. If you still don’t see it your are going mad.
Yeah only the next 7 days are shown. I think that covers 99% of needs and the cost of adding more with coverage info in terms of incomplete or inaccurate info is too high. But an option to see the full calendar could be useful. The data is there. I’ll think about it. Thanks.
That’s the u23 race. Peacock coverage is def wrong. The u23 category is not visible enough. Good feedback.

Peacock uses automation of some sort on the soccer games. Which results in the occasional nonsensical clip.
And then the app grabs the video for you and curates a complete show just for you.
Don’t leave out the lurkers who’d happily grade a racing moment.
Or a star system à la PR sections
Just don’t do what Peacock does with the EFL they show highlights and title each one with what happened “12:07 - Missed shot by Erling Haaland”

@kris.to see this?
Hard to fine tune. You can’t say why to watch at 76km to go without giving it away. Some people will want to see failed attacks or care about some riders/teams actions more than others etc. This is such a weird sport. So rich and finicky.
That is actually a genuinely useful service. A ton an amazing racing and other events can happen well before the decisive attack 3km from the top. A crowdsourced highlights timeline. From donkey on the course! to the first of three JV attacks, etc
Yeah sorry. That does require having your own monitor pinging you. There’s a service to develop 😀. Only thing is for live race notification you’d need a really good predictor who can give you a 10min headway to turn the tv on.
Or pester coursedujour.com
I’m working on something in the field of low cost searchable photo archives. Almost ready. Will send you a link when it’s ready.
Love to hear that. Thanks. Have to confess there a few errors in this morning’s email. Every day the system improves. Where are you in France? I’m from the Chantilly area.
Your are absolutely right. I found a bunch of bugs related to this after seeing your note. Tremendously helpful. Thanks again.
Thanks @ee1.nl Will look into it asap.

Checkout ictrainer. New cheaper option. Haven’t tried them but saw a positive review somewhere. And code RCV25 gives u 50 day free trial (ends 31st jan).
And they are getting louder it seems to me. So are emergency vehicles sirens. I doubt it’s my hearing that’s improving.
This is brilliant.
