Rejection of nonbinary identities is one of the old past times of those suffering this particular strain of Internet brainrot. Transmedicalists' idea of who is trans or queer is "people like me and my friends" or you're actually a cishet invading the space.

I learned through exp that it's never a good idea to mention any neurodivergent disorders/disabilities you may have to your employers. The reality is that corporations are never disability friendly (even if they do claim to be) and they will always choose the NT/able bodied candidate. Sad but true.
