Thanks for sharing that Gary. Focusing on who you have gets lost sometimes when you want to help a lot of people🙂 What is the hardest part of keeping a community engaged in a Day Trading society?

Although I look forward to summer running. I agree racing and training is much more exciting in the fall! 🍂🍁Now we will plow through the winter 🥶 ❄️ with success!
It was super cold today. You were probably warming them up more than them warming you up 😅I had so many layers on today that it made running a little difficult. What season do you enjoy running the most in?
That is cute..got to keep those hands warm for a run 🔥Have you tried it on a run yet?
Running doesn’t just improve your fitness; it equips you with life skills for making decisions and taking calculated risks.

3. Pacing Yourself
In running, you learn to pace over time—when to push harder and when to ease off. Life decisions work the same way. Should you take that job offer? Ask yourself: does it align with your goals? Will it help you grow and go further, or is it too much too soon?
2. Starting Small
Running teaches you to build up gradually. Similarly, you can start small with your risks. Instead of asking for a $10K raise right away, try asking for $500. It’s less intimidating, and even if you get a “no,” it’s easier to bounce back and try again.
So, what does this have to do with risky decisions?
1. Building Confidence
Running helps you discover you’re stronger and more capable than you think. As your confidence grows, you’ll approach tough decisions in life with more courage.
But here’s the safety net: at any moment during your run, you can adjust. You can slow down, speed up, cut it short, or go the extra mile. Over time, you’ll learn the right balance, and that practice translates to real life.
Running teaches you decision-making in real time. Every time you head out, you decide how far and how fast to go. While this simplifies the sport, these two factors shape your run—and getting them wrong can lead to burnout or stalled progress.
Risky Decisions 😱
Should you ask for that raise? Make that investment? Take that new job?
Life is full of tough decisions. The question is: should you go for it or play it safe? If you hesitate because you’re afraid of the outcome, you should consider becoming a runner. Why?

That makes perfect sense. 5Ks are a lot more easy to find here as well. Also feels good to stand on that podium after the hard work💪🏼 Keep crushing it 👏
That unfortunate race taught me one of the most valuable lessons: letting go of perfection.
#freedomrunnersio #running #imperfect #prefect
Of course, I still wish for perfect conditions—ideal weather, a smooth course, flawless logistics—but I’ve learned to adapt. I practice going with the flow every day, and honestly, life is much more enjoyable because of it.
That race became a turning point. It’s one of the reasons I now train in all kinds of weather. I’ve learned to expect the unexpected and let go of the need for everything to be perfect. This mindset shift has transformed not only my running but my life as well.
Sure, spikes would’ve helped, but not as much as I was making it out to be in my head. Messy course, pouring rain, and no spikes. Because things weren’t the way I wanted, I let my frustration take over. I was so caught up in the imperfections that I lost focus—and it cost our team that third title.
Letting Go Of Perfectionism
There I was, standing at the starting line, drenched in rain. The course was a mess of mud and puddles. This was the final race of the season—our team’s chance to secure all three titles. But I’d made a crucial mistake: I forgot my spikes.
