Still feeling very blehh after Sunday’s bullshit, but slowly getting back to normal

Yesterday was a stay in bed to recharge day
Couldn’t do much else while so overwhelmed and overstimmed

I’m at least out of bed today, but idk how much energy I’ll have yet through the day
I’ll give it my best tho 🥹

I’m spending today relaxing and taking it easy regardless
Not that I was going to do any different anyways, but I know my body will want to go extra easy for a little while after all that stress

I’m not looking for advice on all the things I should’ve done instead or anything
This all happened out of nowhere and I didn’t know what to do cause I was quite scared at the time and couldn’t think straight

My body doesn’t like days out usually, but I’ve never had all that happen

A lot of it could’ve played out better in different timelines, but it was what it was with everything that went down

I debated on calling for an ambulance but my siblings were able to help me feel better and we cut the day short so I could get home to rest

I’m doing totally fine now tho
I think it was ultimately a combination of things like my body didn’t end up liking being on a full day outing with my siblings and many changes in temperature were affecting me

I won’t be making the same mistakes again any time soon
No more card shows for a while too

I’m leaving out lots of details, like I had friends there too that I was messaging for help but they were one of the booths trading cards and didn’t see my messages
It would take like 40 more posts to explain every exact thing that happened

I went to a nearby house for help, but it was in a rich people area and I got refused
Eventually a lovely woman jogging by stopped and helped me by getting staff and I was able to get to the card show’s bathroom and be sick there for a while
Eventually I felt okay enough to leave with my siblings

I have not thrown up in 15 fucking years
Not since Xmas 2011
And it had to be now my body decided to break that streak

Thankfully nobody saw it happen, but I also fainted and couldn’t move for a while I was suddenly in extreme pain

A lot of passers by straight up ignored me

So yesterday was a nightmare for me 😞
I went to another trading card show
Felt quite good actually for once, but had to do a lot of movement in the heat
Got in line at the show, immediately felt disgusting in an instant, so I left
And then yep, I frew up

It was incredibly scary and embarrassing

So I had to go there myself earlier today so they could fix it

Thankfully my hair ended up looking way nicer than before, but I was freaking out that entire time :’)

It was a nice visit tho, and they fixed it for me for cheap, too 😌
I honestly wouldn’t mind going back, even after all this lol

Had a big hair fiasco cause there was still traces of blue left somehow and some was turning grey, so I got my mum to get advice from her hairdresser

I was given a very small container of shampoo to use to get the colours out

And it turned half my hair pink
It looked atrocious and messy as hell
