I’m not super familiar with ramps. I haven’t ever cooked with them except maybe when I got them at a farmers market once.
Ours can take two adults and a dog. Millie tried to get in too and almost capsized us.

Last of the winter harvests: leeks and collards. I still have a handful of leeks but I may let some go to seed because the flowers are so pretty and the bees love them. 🌱

Our local Vietnamese cart just started making what they call loaded pho poutine. It is a taste sensation! And the chili crisp on top is spicy as heck. I’m so happy right now. 🍽️🍜
Right? Well, now it’s IN the bin along with a bunch of blackberry vines and mess from last winter.
A cauliflower plant that is long and gangly and almost 6 feet tall and flowering. It is leaning on a compost bin and spreading to each side of it.
This is a “nature finds a way” demo. Last year I seeded out brassicas in the greenhouse and I must have dropped a seed. This cauliflower grew through the winter in a little space between my potting table and my growing racks and ultimately went to seed. #gardening 🌱
The drought is going to be bad for all of us. We’ll have to be smart about watering.
As long as you want an obscenely large summer squash.
I bought ten tomato plants today and I’m just getting started. Ready to be the neighbor who won’t let you walk by without taking produce.
