People do a lot of very weird things trying to guide me when I walk in my neighborhood (I use a white cane 👩🏻🦯➡️) Their hearts are in the right place but their ideas of help are very weird. Like people will stop driving, roll down their window to tell me it’s clear on the street in front of me 😂

I do not understand it. The pulmonologist has a copy of a referral from my primary care clinic, all the visit notes post house fire that mention a grade 2 smoke injury, the chest x-ray…. And still wanted to force me to go get physical copies of all of this to make a first appointment 🙃 WHAT

This is my new easy sandwich fixation! Less than a minute to assemble and really the longest part of making it is heating up the waffle iron. Croissant with Canadian Bacon, provolone, raspberry jam & honey mustard and Dijon. Not enough sugar to make me see through walls, but comfy enough.

It took us 1.5 hrs to work through my eye exam with breaks because my vision kept “turning off” with the shiny new photophobia, SPK, & convergence insufficiency thanks to my housefire and anoxic brain injury in August. Still haven’t sorted out best lenses yet
