Regular status updates from the Cuban Electric Union and the Ministry of Energy and Mines tracked the restoration of electrical service across Cuba. As of 00:00 UTC March 18, #Internet traffic from the island returned to expected levels, suggesting that power had largely been restored.
The #Internet shutdown put into place after the presidential election in the Republic of Congo appears to have ended. Traffic started to recover at 17:20 UTC, after a 2.5 days outage. Three final IPv4 prefixes began getting announced again at that time as well, after an initial recovery on Monday.
