"To put it bluntly, an X post today receives less than 3% of the views a single tweet delivered seven years ago."
If you think it is necessary to be on Twitter to communicate your fact-based worldview, the reality is that worldview is being smothered.

I asked Dr. Google the difference in symptoms between indigestion and a heart attack. One of the the main common features of a heart attack is a feeling of dread or impending doom. So that’s it folks: we’re all just having a heart attack!

Living in America looks like a waking nightmare.

Every four years you’re handed a ballot that might as well read Antichrist vs Corporate Automaton.

One wants to burn it all down, the other is a beige placeholder propped up by a machine that sees people as nothing more than revenue-generating meat.

Please don’t lecture us by claiming that Republicans care about drug traffickers or people suffering from addiction while Trump has pardoned several of the most notorious drug traffickers in history and funding is cut for rehab programs.

The intern was reportedly shaken, so McBurney offered to drive him home. ICE agents then surrounded the judge's car and demanded everyone to exit the vehicle, threatening to smash in the windows if they did not comply.
Dana Smith, Head of Security Operations for
R.I. Superior Court, confronted the agents and told both the judge and the intern to stay inside the car. After an argument, ICE confirmed they had misidentified the teen and left. The intern was released once his ID was checked.
"This egregious incident underscores both the community's and the Judiciary's concerns about how ICE is conducting its operations in Rhode Island," R.I. Supreme Court Chief
Justice Paul A. Suttell said.
Citing that climate, Suttell said the Judiciary understands recent calls to expand the use of
virtual court hearings in Providence.

Not going to defend Stein. My original point stands. Commie baiting is used to justify policies that benefit corporate over public interest

Reagan is credited, rightfully, with the destruction of the US union movement, not to mention dismantling financial regulations. But it was Joe McCarthy who was pivotal in the US choosing corporations over people. We still hear echoes today, such as your Kremlin comment.

Sarcasm doesn’t help. I have no idea what you’re trying to say. Maybe you’re a bot?

I voted for Jill Stein. Since I vote in Washington State, which was cleary going to Harris, it was a pretty easy protest vote. Otherwise I probably would’ve voted for Harris. But we have to move beyond the lesser of two evils. We have to build a movement that demands better candidates.

A hell of a lot more of us would have voted for Harris if she had denounced Israeli genocide. Corporatist Democrats deserve at least half of the blame.

The DNC is beholden to oligarchs. Maybe not the same oligarchs pulling Trump’s strings, but oligarchs nonetheless. We need to vote for radical democrats who will take back the party. Don’t waste time on moderate democrats

Let me get this right… a sufficient number Senate Democrats appear to be willing to reopen government to alleviate air travel for upper & upper-middle income people at the expense of access to healthcare for lower income people. Yes?
