That's true, but I've had supervisors in the past who managed to balance it in a way where the rules were rules and yet weren't callous and uncooperative when it came to personal issues folks may have. I think there has to be a little bit of flexibility, while not being a pushover

Current supervisor sucks because he is strictly by the book which anyone can be. It takes a certain flow and balance of rules and empathy to make a good supervisor imo.

Tripled my sleep medicine and managed a whole 3 1/2 hours. Good for a weeknight I suppose
