of course! honestly i do see it. i'm thinking that if we consider his upbringing and mannerisms, he likely could've approached it as a way to "fit" himself into the upper class he strived for.

tarot card designs are absolutely gorgeous and satisfying to pull off, but i wholly agree that it can be difficult to manage.. i, for one, was going mental over replicating art nouveau's archetypes. nonetheless, i'm looking forward to when you'll work on this idea!

i need to battle my art block with something more massive than it and i know barok's tits got that potential in them.
there's something about framing artworks with objects displayed in certain patterns that scratches my brain just right. i absolutely see your vision!

Leafs and flowers cascade from the top were the store sign reads "Owl Bookstore". Inside it can be seen, light by a warm light, shelves, clocks and a variety of tiny objects such as detailed books, a camera, a violin, etc...
Assembling my very first booknook helped me these days to relax and focus on a beautiful task. What a sweet gift from Takusi, a lovely experience ☺️

personally i find that even just getting some other miniature objects really helps, without necessarily needing to modify the kit's pieces themselves (for example i added the small chalice in the library diorama). i'm looking forward to seeing what you'll do next!

aah i'm so pleased to hear you like them! the detective one was the first kit i ever got, i can confirm that book nooks are absolutely delightful and i highly recommend them. one thing i love about these is that since they're bigger you can add more elements to personalise them further!
