While we never used a hot plate and ramen beaker, we too have fond memories of visiting dad (coolest school librarian!) at lunch and using the coffee pot to make ramen at school!

We see a lot of success with student voice and choice when it comes to classroom #STEM engagement! EX: have students define their own real world challenges, self selected tools, passion projects, etc. Ensuring you have multi-modal resources, like a book that ties into your #STEM lesson, too
