Had fun yesterday making some clay canes and slicing them up for the sea creature rosette, these will be little blue ring octopus markings around the soundhole

If you hadn't guessed it already, my stance on gen ai is 100% against it in ANY use. It does not have a place in any industry and it's theft, pure and simple. As well as destroying the environment. Any comments saying it's ok in some circumstances will get you blocked instantly.

If you don't care about other artists being stolen off and the environmental impact then you have zero integrity as an artist.

If I could I'd have given a month's notice to leave at the end of this month but parents have people staying that time and I'd literally have nowhere to go til mid May anyway
My landlord/letting agents are apparently completely incompetent cause they still haven't given me my 2 months' notice, which was due before today, so now their notice will be for May + June, no way am I staying past May and giving them more money, time to write my own notice then 🤷
Trekked all over town searching for just some tracing paper so I could get on with transferring the inlay design over to the inlay pieces but they don't sell it anywhere anymore, we truly live in dark times
Experiments today for some blue ring octopus markings for the rosette inlay, some refinement still needed but pretty pleased with the middle inlay!
