Growing up playing Pokemon, I would always choose the girl trainer and name her Katsuko and she kind of became a vague character in my head.
So I decided to draw her! This is my #OC Pokemon trainer Katsuko! #Art

Personally, it'd either be CP9, Tobi Roppo, or Oracion Seis, although whether one is "the best" is subjective at the end of the day
