We are all bound together by shared existence. No person is alien.

Perhaps it’s a not a matter of cutting rather a period of reflecting. Sometimes the way we work makes scrolling necessary. Reflecting if the scroll is necessary or even break related as opposed to procrastination, can be helpful. Is what we’re posting is meaningful, supportive, uplifting.

Supporting one another lifts us all.

It was not my first or my last experience of explaining my parenting style!

When my girls were small, we would play this on the way to daycare. They would sing the chorus from the back seat. One day a teacher pulls me aside very concerned. She had asked the class what their favorite songs were. Some said Bingo was a dog, or Old McDonald, my sunshine said Whiskey and Rye!

Everyone understands the sting of cold fries. I would share my Smarties with someone who walks the cold fry trail with courtesy and grace.

We’re Canadian. When we jump over the boards it’s for a good reason. That said, I don’t share my Smarties with just anyone.

International Women's Day couldn't have come @ a better time to remind us our strong ones, our brave ones, are not always in a galaxy far far away. They are the ones, carrying on after the flood, after the storm, after the tears, saying it is time for change.
