I got called .... something...by someone who only looks at the $ involved. My problem is I see too many impacts to something that most people break down into a profit equation.

It forces people who aren't digitally literate or can't afford the tech to transition from paper to e-bills which is a HUGE learning curve.

I'm a middle-aged corporate software trainer. I regularly the frustration and impact to self-worth that new tech and new processes have on people who have worked with computers their entire careers. This move is unfair to Anyone with mobility issues or are isolated.

It will also impact small businesses, like those on Etsy, that rely on Can Post for shipping. Some people might still order but why? Amazon delivers to your door next day..

Agreed. Someone ar Toastmasters gave a great, inspirational speech today about human connection. This will further isolate people and reduce a large number of middle class jobs, both of which will have a negative impact on 🇨🇦 society and economy

💯In AB, with this winter's weather, many people couldn't leave their house without ice cleats because sidewalks were treacherous with the thaw/freeze cycle. Plus seniors are going to be pushed to the digital world w/o adequate understanding of how to use tech & protect their privacy/data.

So now I have to buy a printer, paper and toner cartridges to print all the bills and other important paperwork I get. Another big win for corporations under Carney
