Things that get emergency managers excited: seeing property managers plan for known hazards in the area. The groundwater levels are high in this area of town and they’re prone to flooding during heavy rainfalls. So they added this little closet on the main floor.

Yesterday, there were several severe weather/tornado alerts in north central Alberta. My friend was camping with her family and ignored the alerts. Here’s the follow up ⬇️ As a friend, happy they’re safe. As an Emergency Manager, damn girl, listen to the GD alerts!!!!!!!
