After the Man City game a couple of weeks ago I was livid with this LFC team and the manager. But when I hear a rendition like that of #YNWA on a European night like tonight at Anfield it's as if all is forgiven โฅ๏ธ

Thank you! I certainly feel more positive with your views laid over the press conference itself. Great question and, a fair answer from Mr Slot too.
Great work as ever Mo. Were you any more convinced following the press conference, compared to how you felt before it?
Someone needs to make a gif of the Molineux water jets spraying out of Stevie G's back on TNTs half time coverage. That's the most entertaining bit of #Wolves v #LFC tonight.
It may not be the old Wembley but 'new' Wembley Stadium with its arch cuts an impressive sight with the February morning sunrise behind it.
Thank you, in a funny kind of way I'm glad it's not just me who noticed it! The comments in the article are telling too!
There I was all happy for a few mins that Arsenal lost - and I don't cheer Utd on many times in a season you understand... Then I saw they were up to 4th ๐คฆ๐พโโ๏ธ. Not that we deserve to be there or anything right now of course.
It's fine for those of us who can afford it but they also had less lifespan than the Trust issued ones.
It seems rationing was due to a change of supply - last week I was grateful to pick 4x these ones up. Despite going down to from 8 per pack to 6 I hope they're better than retail options!
The inconsistency of them frustrates me. My audiology dept. sends them to our local hospital reception to allow patients access which is really helpful. Rationing to one pack per pick up last year so I ended up getting some Energizer ones from the only supermarket locally that sells them.
This really resonates Andrew - certainly the timing of your early memories.
Your mention of the 1988 FA Cup final really made me chuckle on my way into work - good prep for the next 30 years or so indeed. Great work Andrew, Adam and TAW ๐๐พ
I like to think I keep my core relatively strong as someone who enjoys a run - but walking down the aisle of a moving commuter train requires a different level of stability altogether #ukrunchat #running
This morning I heard Inertia Creeps by Massive Attack (player by Nick Grimshaw on BBC6Music) - and I thought it was Schism by Tool from their Lateralus album.
How have I never realised the similarity before now?! Both brilliant bands, both great albums! I think Mezzanine was before Lateralus.
I'd love this to be a success for Liam's sake - I've been very impressed with his manner in interviews at RCS dressing room teamtalks on YouTube - as ever, stuff we didn't necessarily see of him in earlier coaching career. I fear for him too - in that structure...
Mildly offended that both of our girls said the grandad on this grandad birthday card looks like me, only to be backed up by Mrs S-K that I only need a few more grey hairs ๐
A win is a must today for #LFC - momentum and points are all important. I'd love nothing more than a swashbuckling, thronker of a win but, for me anyway, style matters less right now.
The #LFC perspective we must all carry this season - a Christmas present I didn't know I needed, if you will. Great work as ever @sachinnakrani.bsky.social, with an honourable mention to another fave of mine @andrewbeasleyfootball.com

Thought it might be foolish to watch some of this 3rd test at this late hour. As it turns out we're a wicket down and it's lunch. Might not be too long a 2nd innings chase after lunch #ashes
I know we're in different times now but it's still strange seeing Pep Lijnders (and Kolo Toure to a lesser extent) on City's bench.
I thought Ibou in particular was superb 1st half. But your whole summary here is spot on.
I used to love the days when our business was done silently and announced once done. It's not possible these days, online factors considered but long may it continue in this way, as you say!
Yessss! Today was the day that the new Deftones video hit our screens - bring on the album and tour! This beautiful group just gets better.

Bonus for me today - new cricket bat day!! Schoolboy excitement!
So a new single last night - a new album soon and 2026 EU tour it is then! Can't wait to hear more of the album #deftones #privatemusic #mymindisamountain
I saw them that same tour - London Astoria I think. Bring on 2026!!
Deftones album appears to be en route. 23:00 according to their other socials... Super exciting stuff!! #mymindisamountain
I've paid tribute to Diogo Jota in the only way I know how: By showing that he was one of the best goal scorers in the Premier League era.

After a run of three bad things happening this week (split tap connector Tues, bottom fell out of a bottle and tyre puncture yesterday) - I've been dropped on by a bird while out running this morning.
Possible change in luck afoot this week!
It definitely feels like a return to our ethos of the 80s. Almost supercharged!
Train crimes aplenty today - and, boy have they come in many forms:
-Talking to phones instead of holding to ear,
-Slow-walking on tube while messaging or reading,
-Falling asleep on my shoulder (albeit understandable in heat)
-Asleep traveller arm hair tickling my own
The rage is relentless.
Haha this really got me. I was thinking similar about Kerkez. Getting me all nervous - especially for players who 'only want to play Liverpool'. I think I prefer the old ceefax rumours page, you know.
Haha this is the thread I didn't know I needed to see today
