Dementia patients are fairly easy to manipulate once you figure them out. Put a recording of Fox News from his first term on a loop on the TV in his office and tell him everything is fine
I should certainly hope the military leaders are working around the demented president. I assumed they would and it’s reassuring to hear. Now they need to ignore him the rest of the time and just don’t do his illegal and ill-advised orders
